Custom audio production is quoted individually. Scope, turnaround, revision range and payment terms are confirmed by email before Stripe payment.
The seller's legal name, address and phone number are disclosed by email without delay upon request, before a purchase decision is required.

| Payment timing | Short / Basic / Mastering are usually prepaid. Pro+ projects require a 50% booking deposit before work and balance before final delivery. |
| Delivery timing | Short: 2–4 business days. Basic: 5–7 business days. Pro / VTuber: 7–14 business days. Count starts after files and payment are complete. |
| Cancellation / refund | Refund may be discussed before production starts. Booking deposits after slot reservation/file review are generally non-refundable. After first draft, settlement depends on progress. No refund after final approval. |
| Returns | Digital custom services cannot be returned after delivery. File errors or export mistakes are corrected and redelivered free of charge. |
| Rights check | Client is responsible for checking permission to use instrumental/off-vocal/original/source materials. CHIBA SOUND STUDIO™ does not obtain copyright permissions on behalf of clients. |
| Credit / proof | Approved public credits are private by default. Anonymous before/after proof or process notes are shared only when permitted. |
