Privacy
CHIBA SOUND STUDIO™ collects name/artist name, email address, country/region, preferred language, posting platform, audio links, budget, deadline and notes for the free check, quotes, production, payment, delivery and support.
Email services and Resend are used for replies and free downloads, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting and API processing. Information is sent to each provider only as needed for that purpose.
Vercel Web Analytics is used for traffic measurement. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, when enabled through environment settings, load only after you allow optional analytics on screen. You can change that choice from this page.
When you click an affiliate link marked as PR, a partner such as Plugin Boutique may set a conversion cookie or identifier. This does not change your purchase price.
Audio files, unreleased information and approved private credits are used only for production and are not disclosed without permission. Public credits are private by default.
Inquiry and production records are retained only as needed for support, accounting and dispute handling. Requests for access, correction, deletion or suspension can be sent through the contact form or email.
